INTRODUCTION
The MegaPlot company offers you 6 different series of MEGABLOCK foam cutters:
4 Single-Wire series:
T 610
T 1500
T 1300
T 2500
& 2 MultiWire series:
MW 1300
MW 2500
Within each series you will find 3 models:
Small,
Medium
& Large.
As you will notice, the series differ among each other in a number of ways.
First, there is the clear difference between the 4 Single-Wire series and the 2 MultiWire series. In the latter one you have the great advantage of installing up to 10 wires cutting simultaneously -
Imagine the time and money you can save with that option!
Then, of course, there is the difference in the maximum working area, i.e. the biggest block of foam you cat treat with a given machine.
It starts from reasonably small blocks 610x1290x1290mm
and goes all the way to some huge blocks like 2400x1290x3050mm Hence depending on your needs you have the choice of a wide selection of sizes.
The next difference is that of the cutting wire - the bigger the maximum material thickness/width the longer the cutting wire. And the longer the cutting wire is the bigger its diameter must be. Our wires range in diameter from 0.15mm up to 0.55mm. No matter which machine you choose, we will provide you with a supply of wire that will last for a long time.
Also, depending on the machine you want, there is a number of optional equipment you can
choose from: TurnTable, Lathe, ShapeWire Tool, DoubleWire. Please note that not all of these are available with all series. Check with the tables on the right to make sure the machine you want can be equipped with the optional devices of your choice.

The Professional MEGABLOCK T 610 series
The foam cutters of the
MEGABLOCK T 610 series are because of the wire length of 610 mm mainly
meant for cutting letters and logotypes. The option of installing a lathe
makes it also possible to use these foam cutters for cutting rotary
figures, such as columns or spheres..

suitable for producing architectural details, such as moulds, finials,
banisters. The option of installing a lathe makes it also possible to use
these foam cutters for cutting rotary figures, such as columns or spheres.
Also, thanks to the double-wire and multi-wire options these machines are
perfect for serial production because of their great efficiency.

finials, banisters. The large working area makes it possible to cut
large-size spatial figures. The optional installation of a lathe and a
turntable enables cutting rotary figures, such as columns or spheres. Also,
thanks to the double-wire and multi-wire options these machines are perfect
for serial production because of their great efficiency.
